ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 24hrs to let you know your order is on the way! Please double check you 'Junk' or 'Spam folder if you feel that you're missing this email.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within ONE Day of placement. Except for the weekend days (Saturday and Sunday). Flat rate shipping fee of $12 applies to orders shipping within Australia. Additional costs may apply to larger or heavier orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible using the contact details on the 'Contact Us' page with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
